President Obama's annoucement last week that the US will build new nuclear plants was followed by a coup in Niger. The statement occured when the IAEA is questionning and trying to halt the Iranian nuclear's programme even for civil and medical purposes. The IAEA is so supiscious that it declared Iran has already gain the capacity to enrich uranium up to 80 % ; that is to say Iran is on its way to do so.

The IAEA declaration prompted a tour from Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israelian Prime Miinister to lobby the staff of the security council - Khadafi had labelled that council "the terror council" in the last general assembly of the United nations criticizing the old order of the veto-right which looks indeed - as time is going on - as the real political hold up of the century, as far as international affairs are concerned.

Benjamin Netanyahu started his tour with Russia where he had met with President Medvedev who joined his voice to condemn Iran. Meanwhile, investigations are under their way for the search of the eleven suspects that murdered the top Hamas official in Dubaï last month. The UAE - United Arab Emirates - have vowed to catch Hamas official killers and they will. They have already discovered that the Hamas official killers entered Dubaï with British passports. They confirm that their officers have been trained to detect false passports and the ones used for the entry of the suspected murderers in Dubaï were delivered by British official agencies.

There are lots of crossroads here.

America is planning to build on nuclear plants and, at the same time,  is willing to secure access to uranium to prevent Iran from it. Iran has made a breakthrough in Africa specially in that part of west african region - Senegal, Ivory Coast, Niger and Burkina are ones of the Iranians partners. The best way to secure Israël from an attack of Iran is to cut roads for uranium delivery.

So to help Israël, Great Britain had given a hand to kill a Palestinien leader confirming the Goldstone file on that specific point : humanitarian crimes and war crimes. To protect Israël, US can hold on a key sector of development of a country like Iran. The US can block access to knowledge and employment. On one hand, the US nuclear plants to come will create jobs in America. On the other hand, the same US is warning Iran not to do the same. Instead, US and France alike want Iran to turn its uranium to them to enrich it for the Iranian people ; just as if Iran was unable to do so. If Iran accepts that devilish deal, then it will help create jobs in the US or in France rather than in Iran which is already facing international economic sanctions. Moreover, the world will keep on intact its work division between those who can have access to sophisticated knowledge and the others for whom that high leveled science is unaffordable. Definitely. What a beautiful and fair world !

This is not the way to achieve the promotion of the "{knowledge society}" UNESCO (United Nations) programme had declared for as the new world foundation : access to knowledges is a human right and a sovereignty law. No knowledge must be kept away from some and be available for the {happy few} developed countries of the G8.

Coup is a necessary evil in Africa

Now, coming to Niger, a coup has stop the President for life by manipulating the constitution to continue his dictatorship which goes along in Africa with the rule of mediocrity, incompetence, corruption and public thefts, on one side and, for african people poverty and miserability life conditions.

In old days, we considered any coup as the great Evil. Today, coups are salvatory. Niger People welcome the coup as a neccessary evil to get rid of the dictator Mamadou Tandja. Together with France, African Union condemned the coup as unconstitutionnal ignoring that Mamadou Tandja was engaged in a process of changing the constitution in two key points : the nature of the regime - from semi presidential to presidential - and its term limited to 2 terms of 5 years to an indefinite term. The process of revising the constitution started in August 2009. During that time, we didn't hear African Union and France condemning that constitutionnal violation. Before condemning the coup, first do something to avoid the changing of constitution by african Presidents aiming to stay at office for life. Niger is not an isolated case. Does African Union have an answer for that ?

As far as democratic rules and the rule of tany Republic are concerned, France is on the side of african dictators. African people have been  complaining and are being critics over France's political cynical support to all violations of the basic frame of constitutionnal Republican laws. Meanwhile, historically, France is being admired as the land where en 1789, the French revolutionnary and the Declaration of Human Rights that followed enlightened the future of any French man and woman and spread the world.

A century later, that Great Revolution, France embraced colonialism and started the Great French Empire. Since then, even though there is no more settlements or slavery, the French Empire's role in Africa and its relationships with african leaders have not change in a fundamentaly way. Niger is one of those countries where extracting uranium for nuclear plants in France is more important that the future of Niger as a state, as a land as a people. Uranium weights 80% of the foreign ressources of Niger and Niger ranks one of the poorest country in Africa. It reminds us of another anomaly on the top about the actuality, Haïti, another French colony where natural disasters figure out the political and colonialist ultimate disasters.

Mission of the United Nations in Niger

In Niger, France and China hold important contracts of uranium. France is having the best part of it. US will be the third to step in. Whereas some speculations stated that "US Congressional delegation headed by Alan Grayson just happened to be in Uranium-rich Niger when the coup occured" and speculate "if US intelligence must have known this coup would happen, if they (the US) didn't instigate and promise support. And if they didn't know, does that represent another failure?", we notice a difference in tone between the axis UN/Community of West African States being tolerating and the other axis France/African Union (African Commission presided by Jean Ping) condemning the coup.

Citing Said Djinnnit, the UN special Representative for West African, CNN quoted this "The political party is very keen to return power to civilians and transition to an all-inclusive democracy. This transition began with the occurrence of the coup and the expiration of the constitution and implementation of a new constitution. The new constitution already is in the works". U.N. official : Niger’s post-coup junta wants return to democracy.

Said Djinnit conclusion is amazing : "The mission of this meeting is to push for a quick resolution to the conflict, to assure this coup is the last. No coup can be tolerated". What about the cause that leads to the coup ? That is dealing with the Death and ignoring the Poison that causes it.

The poison here is the endless dictatorship which sometimes continues with the sons replacing the father like in Togo and in RDC.

The poison here is abusing the Constitution.

The poison here is the continuation of colonialism in other forms named post-colonialism.   Read 40 years of history between Niger and Areva. The new deal of uranium working mining signed in March 2009 provides 34 % of the benefits to France and 66 % to Niger. 50% of Uranium needed to produce nuclear energy in France comes from Niger.

The poison here is the divisions into the African Union and the soudless power of its President.
